OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION

To identify and work for the welfare of ex-trainees who studied in I.T.I., Salem Govt.

Salem Govt Providing free specialized training to trainees studying at I.T.I., Salem Govt, with the approval of the management of ITI, with the best academicians in the field of vocational education.

Making information on health care, exercise, sports available to all.

To create awareness among the trainees about competitive examinations for employment conducted by Govt. Providing free coaching for appearing in the above examinations.

Publication of books, distribution of pamphlets and conveyance through other appropriate media to members of the association and practitioners, containing information on changes and developments in the industry.

Counseling and coaching the trainees to score high marks in All India Vocational Examinations at all levels.

To act as a bridge between Salem Govt.I.T.I and parents and foster friendly relationship.

Apprentice Training through Campus Interview for final year apprentices by approaching factories and carrying out work necessary to create employment.

Salem Govt to impart knowledge on all types of professional development to the practitioners. I.T.I. Conducting interns on Industrial Visits along with Management.

To assist as much as possible in the training of underprivileged trainees.

Making full efforts to create cleanliness everywhere and green everywhere with the permission of the government and the cooperation of the people.

Acting non-politically and politically motivated.
